What have we been up to since our last post? On Saturday, we started learning a new trick. Aunty Diana was surprised that we do not know how to jump onto her lap. She thought it was something that all doggies know to do since Santa and Minnie did it all by themselves!
So she wanted us to learn to jump onto her lap but first she has to learn how to teach us to do it! This is the method she learned on YouTube...Now that we've shown you what we have been doing currently, and counting down to our FIRST BIRTHDAY, here's a video of us, squealing pups at two weeks old.

Great jumping guys and congratulations to Jingle Bell - wow that was quite a leap! Magic xx
We loved your post as usual and the video was just great! I'm not too bad a jumping, Louis is a complete woos and needs 6 attempts just to get on the sofa! Keep the great posts coming guys, Dexter xxx
That was VERY good! It's really impressive to see a dog jump into its owner's arms. I love how your mom was very enthusiastic the entire time too. Good job guys!
I can jump pretty high when I want to! I love the puppy movie!
Nubbin wiggles,
Oskar
It seems like you learn something new every day. Mom says we would knock her over if we tried to jump in her lap:) And oh how we loved hearing the sound of you all as puppies.
Woos ~ Phantom, Thunder, and Ciara
Knowing you all and your Auntie... you will master that trick soon!
Adorable puppy video!

Loved the video!

That was great auntie Diana, the girls are so clever - they learn so fast. I am impressed. I can't do that trick with mum because I'm HEAVY (11.5kg now) and I land and push off HEAVY and dig my schnauzer claws in..... my mum says "owwwch".
My mum went all squeelie and gaa gaa at the puppy video - it reminded me of the early days when there were 10 of us in a puppy pen together....ahh good times!
Tail Wuggles, Rubie.
PS: Mum is excited you are going to obedience skool with Pinky - she and you will learn a lot..... mum's still learning!!
Wonderful videos, Jingle Bell. What a neat jump! Schnauzers are geniusessss, genieiii, genium, well, really really clever!
Very cool post!
i have read your previous blog entry about a nail grinder. Is it effective and painless? How long can a tip grinder last for? Comes in cheap?
I posted this yesterday cant find it here anymore: Your becoming a good trainer, think you can make two hope and sit on your lap in one shot? That would be awesome.
Great training video. Your doggies are so eager to learn in the training. And they watch and learned from each other behavior. Very cool.
Oh - I LOVE your new trick! And really - I know I keep saying this - but I really think your Auntie Diana is SUCH a great trainer. First, because she is so patient to work with ALL of you at the same time (Hsin-Yi just doens't know how she does that - it's amazing!) - and second, because she is so good & patient about breaking things down into steps to help you learn. A lot of times when we see people try to train their doggies, they're always rushing things and trying to do too much too early - which makes the doggies very confused and then they get frustrated and give up! So it was so nice to see your Auntie Diana patiently breaking the trick down into so many steps and levels and helping you guys learn gradually.
We burst out laughing at the bit where 3 of you tried to jump on the lap at the same time - ha! ha! And yeah - I'm not surprised Jingle Bell mastered this trick first - I could see that from the beginning that she was a natural at it! :-)
Keep up the great work, puppies (& Christmas!) - and please tell yuour Auntie Diana not to be discouraged with your dance routine - she has already got a much harder challenge than others with FOUR of you - and she is doing an amazing job! Remember, this contest is judged on the MOST FUN and not on your being perfect or something - so I think whatever you come up with will be a wonderful achievement and a great entry! :-)
Slobbers,
Honey the Great Dane
